Request Letter for purpose of entry addressed to the Chair of the COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Taskforce (CRMT) from the traveller or local agent
Passport bio-data page of the traveller(s)
Proposed itinerary of the traveller(s) (if applicable, must also include details of domestic travel from port of origin to international airport. In case of transit, should the layover be long and requires overnight stay, it is recommended the traveller(s) seek accommodation within the transit lounge of airport, such as hotels in transit terminal. Please provide this detail with necessary evidence)
Relevant investor permit details (if applicable)
Documentary evidence of new or additional injections of funds made into the country for existing investments and new investor permit holders (e.g. bank statement and fund transfer details) (if applicable)
An endorsed letter of undertaking by the traveller(s) addressed to the Chairperson of the CRMT confirming the following:
– Enter mandatory 14 day quarantine at a Government designated quarantine facility
– Responsibilities the traveller(s) will take to remain COVID-safe, such as self-isolation, self-driving or ensuring a private transfer to the airport and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
– If positive, adhere to the Fijian Ministry of Health and Medical Services’ protocol for dealing with positive case
– Cover all cost for treatment if positive

10 Working Days from date of receipt of all required information for conditional approval.
